Grandchildren couldn't come....Last minute throw in a Machine

Things I hadn't gotten around to in My Stash

The center part of the Jackets front and back were originally displayed on the wall at GStreet Fabrics  I looked at them
Everyday from the cashier spot for months.  When they finally
Took them down from the Wall and no one had bought them, I
did at the sale discount...I just knew I could figure out a way
to make All cotton Jackets that would be unique, and save most of
the artists picture on the fabric...They had to be a square designed
Jacket.

I used the panel Pictures for the Back and fronts and added
square pieces of cotton eyelet and then banded with our solid
cottons that matched...adding wide Bias tape for lengthening
the sleeves and adding color to pull them together.  As you can see
I laid them out first and decided how I wanted the colors to look, and the same with the eyelet, I only had so much eyelet trim
from the sleeve fabric edge, and I didn't want to spend too much,
so I cut the trim off and did the first jacket, which was the butterfly
jacket and decided to just use the bias I had with me to finish the
other jackets.  Hard to have everything with you, and boy my car
was and is full.  Got home and couldn't park near home because
they were asphalting the road... ARRGGGh... But I like the jackets.

There are three Themes and all were similarly created, but
different necklines. Pockets of the solid colors were put in the sides.
